Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – CRAFTHOLIC
At CRAFTHOLIC, we take great care in crafting and delivering your orders. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Policy
- You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and labels intact.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless damaged in transit or found defective.
- To initiate a return, WhatsApp us at +91 9588664756 with your order details, unboxing video, and product images.
- Our team will verify your request. Only after approval can you proceed with the return.
Return Shipping
Customers are required to self-ship the product within 3 days of approval to the following address:

⚠️ Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
- Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund (approx. ₹300–₹2000 depending on product size/weight).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI/Bank Transfer. Kindly share:
- Bank Name
- Account Holder Name
- Account Number
- IFSC Code
- Branch Name
3. Replacement Policy
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will send you a free replacement of the same item.
- Please contact us within 48 hours with supporting images and a complete unboxing video via WhatsApp: +91 9588664756.
4. Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, you will need to cover:
- Price difference (if any)
- Return shipping and re-shipping charges
- Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to stock availability.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., Customized décor, name-engraved products, name plates etc.,)
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Clearance or sale items, unless damaged upon arrival
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placing them at no cost.
- Cancellations made after 4 hours but before dispatch will incur:
- 10% cancellation fee (processing & handling)
- 3% transaction fee for prepaid orders (payment gateway deduction)
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

7. Custom Product Orders
- All custom-made products are created exclusively for you and are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect custom product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
- COD is not available on custom orders.
8. Received Wrong Item / Damaged / Missing Parts
If you receive:
- A wrong product
- A damaged item
- An incorrect size or incomplete package
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 9588664756.
Kindly share clear photos and a complete unboxing video as proof.
Once verified and approved, we will arrange the return pickup from your address.
You will only need to:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and labels
- Ensure the product is ready for pickup
As soon as the return pickup is confirmed, we will dispatch your replacement order immediately, so you don’t have to wait for the product to reach us.
⚠️ Note:
- Returns without prior approval, proper proof, or incomplete packaging will not be accepted.
- Customers must provide both photos and an unboxing video at the time of opening the package for the request to be considered.
9. Changed Mind / Didn’t Like the Product
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if:
- You changed your mind
- The size or color is not as expected
- The quality does not meet your preference
You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery at WhatsApp: +91 9588664756 (if eligible).
Please note:
- Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural in handcrafted items and are not considered defects.
- Returned products will undergo a quality check before approval.
- If the product is damaged during return transit, CRAFTHOLIC will not be responsible, and the refund will not be processed.
10. Refund Timelines
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- COD Orders: Customers must share UPI/bank details for refund processing.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
⚠️ Note: Return courier charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
