At Craftholic, we take great pride in offering beautiful, handcrafted décor pieces made with care. However, if something doesn't feel quite right, we’re here to make it better with a simple and customer-friendly return, refund, and replacement process.

1. Return Policy

  • You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and labels intact.

  • Custom, personalized items, including designer tables and handmade paintings, are non-returnable, unless damaged in transit or defective.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@craftholic.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9588664756 with your order details and reason for return.

  • Important: A clear unboxing video and product images are required for your return request to be processed.

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your location.


2. Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Charges vary (approx. ₹300–₹2000) based on product size/weight.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Kindly provide:

    • Bank Name

    • Account Holder Name

    • Account Number

    • IFSC Code

    • Branch Name


3. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’ll send you a free replacement of the same item.

  • Reach out within 48 hours with supporting images and an unboxing video.


4. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, you’ll need to cover:

    • Price differences (if any)

    • Return pickup and re-shipping charges

  • Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery, and are subject to stock availability.


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., name-engraved products)

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Clearance or sale items, unless damaged upon arrival


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placing them.

  • Cancellations after 4 hours (but before dispatch) will incur:

    • 20% cancellation fee

    • 3% transaction fee for prepaid orders

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

7. Custom Product Orders

  • Custom-made products are created specifically for you and are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect custom product, please notify us within 24 hours with supporting proof (photos & video).

  • COD is not available on custom orders.


8. Received Wrong Item / Damaged / Missing Parts

If you received:

  • A wrong product

  • A damaged item

  • Incorrect size or incomplete package

Please contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp. Share clear photos and an unboxing video. We’ll arrange a return pickup and send a replacement. Please ensure the product is securely packed for return.


9. Changed Mind / Didn't Like the Product

We want you to love what you ordered. However, if:

  • You changed your mind

  • Size/color isn’t as expected

  • Quality doesn’t meet your needs

You may request a return within 48 hours (if the item is eligible). Please note:

  • Slight variations in color or finish are natural for handcrafted items.

  • The product must pass a quality check upon return.

  • If the product is damaged during return transit, Craftholic will not be responsible and the refund will not be processed.


Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be reversed to your original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Bank details must be shared for processing.

  • Refunds take 5–7 working days after approval.

  • Return courier & COD charges are non-refundable.
